Quayside 5k and 10k

A lovely night on the Quayside made for a Wednesday evening with 2 PB's to celebrate. A 10k run close to perfect from Philly nice and controlled. Zarah in the 5k decided for very much a smash and grab in the early stages and managed to hang on for dear life to take a respectable chunk off her personal best.
