National Cross Country Relays – Mansfield
A trip to one of the most varied yet picturesque courses the country has to offer. A mixture of woodlands, lakes, sharp rolling hills, trees to jump all condensed into a 2.5k lap. A new introduction to this year’s race programme was a mixed relay for the crash and burn 1 mile leg.

Croft Circuit Races - (5k, 10k, 10 mile)
A cool day on a largely flat however very exposed croft race circuit. At 2 mile-ish per lap meant that the 5k being 1 and half laps, 10k 3, and the 10 mile being 5 laps. A head windwind on the back straight made the 5k more difficult with the half lap being mainly into the wind. Otherwise with staggered starts ensured a nice churn of races to watch despite it being difficult to track it.
