North East Harrier League - Eltringham Farm
The final harrier league of the season brought a depleted turnout to the new course at Eltringham Farm. A course that which has memories of the old Prudhoe course with narrow paths and big hills. A tough course that was a suitable fixture to close the season.

British Masters Cross Country Championships - Faenol Estate
Gary took the long last-minute trip to Wales for the British masters cross country championships and the 8k delivered very hot end of the cross country season just like in Prudhoe

George went on one of his “little” adventures running all over the North York Moors and Clevland Hills from Guisborough to Helmsley with the elevation gain around twice the height of Ben Nevis and as an added bonus all competitors had a mug shot captured prior to starting (i assume).

The self-acclaimed “probably the most beautiful road race in Britain” was the venue for Paul and Adian raced the loop of Coniston water dealing with the slight hills along the way.
