13th May 2026 7pm
Race venue: Fawcett Park, (old consett iron company site)
Race HQ and Parking: Blackhill Club, Ridley St, Blackhill, Consett DH8 8TT
Overflow Parking: Consett/Blackhill Park, 27 Dixon St, Blackhill, Consett DH8 5UF
Registration will be open at Blackhill Club from 6pm
Teams are a 3 person mixed team (I.E must have men and women on the same team)
Pies: Each finisher will receive an award winning pitman pie at Blackhill Club after the race
Presentation: The first 3 teams will receive prizes as well as the fastest men's leg and women's leg and will be presented as soon as results are processed at Blackhill club.
Course: 2-ish mile course around the old Consett iron company site primarily going either up or down hill with minimal flat
Parking Map
If parking is full at Blackhill club please find appropriate parking elsewhere with Consett/Blackhill park being a suitable alternative which will not affect residents and is 10-ish minute walk from the start (5 from Blackhill club)
