Training
We have several training session available to all ages and abilities which can be seen below
Mondays - Junior Training
6pm start
Winter (October-March) - Blackhill Park, Bandstand
Summer (April-October) - Blackfyne track/Consett Cricket Club
Tuesday - Seniors
6pm -7pm meet at Consett Leisure Centre (by the War memorial)
Track session - (I.E 12 x 2 minutes, 1 minute recovery)
2 groups that range from 3 miles to 6 miles
Thursday - Seniors
6pm - 7pm meet at Consett Leisure Centre (by the War memorial)
Road session ( I.E 3 X 8mins or 30 minute pace run)
2 groups that range from 3 mile to 5 mile
Other runs
We organise some other social runs outside of the normal Tuesday and Thursdays these will be available on the calendar
Pub Run: last Thursday of every month
